AC & Heating
In every room and the common area
There's airconditioning & heating in the kitchen, living room, and in all the 4 rooms.
You can choose the temperature via the remote control.
In order to save the environment, please make sure to turn it off once you left the villa.
How to get to VillaLuxo?
Car rental or Uber
If you come by plane, fly to Faro or Lisbon.
Distance from Faro Airport: 74 km (51 minutes)
Distance from Lisbon Airport: 276 (2h 27 minutes)
In order to have the best experience & save time, we recommend renting a car at the airport or move by uber.
Alternative options:
Next train station: Portimao (10 mins by uber/taxi)
The next bus station is 5 minutes away (by uber/taxi)
If you would like to book an airport transfer or need assistance with renting a car, you can contact me once you booked your stay.
Cots & chairs
We want the best for your baby
On request, we are going to organize baby cots & chairs for a fee of 75€.
Please select the option "baby cot" upon booking.

Cleaning
Once a week & before and after every stay
The villa is being cleaned once a week & before and after every stay. The weekly cleaning also includes washing the bed linen & towels.
COVID-19 measurements:
In order to provide our beloved guests with a save stay, we desinfect the entire villa before and after every stay and leave 1 day free in between every booking.

We would be excited to host your event at VillaLuxo.
Please contact us in advance so we can work on your ideas, be it a romantic candlelight dinners, birthday cakes, or flower arrangements.
Keep in mind that parties are not allowed and the maximum amount of guests is 10 during the daytime, and 8 at night excluding babies. As our villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood, please keep the night rest at 10 pm.
Laundry
There's a washing machine!
Besides the weekly cleaning which includes washing the bedding and towels, you can also use the washing machine to wash your your own clothes.
Alarm system
Your safety is important to us
In order to provide you with the safest experience possible, we will provide you with an alarm system as well as safety doors and windows.
We also have a safe in the villa.
Smoking
Forbidden inside the villa
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire villa.
In case you smoke, please only smoke outside in the garden or on the balcony, not inside.
Cancellations
Refund policy
If you cancel up to 14 days in prior your arrival, you'll receive a a voucher worth the full booking amount, valid for all bookings from October to May.
Pets
Pet policy
Would you like to bring your pets? We'd be excited to host your dogs or reptiles. Our spacious garden is perfect for dogs to run around and enjoy their holidays. We are charging a deposit of 250€ for each stay with dogs to cover cleaning fees.
